In the hotel restaurant, a delicious breakfast awaits us, with regional and local products. Enjoy this unique gastronomic moment, while admiring the stunning panoramic views of the Alentejo.

Visit to Santa Vitória Winery with Wine Tasting and Regional Snacks

After breakfast, we will set off through the property's lush green landscapes until we reach Adega de Santa Vitória, a leading wine estate in the Alentejo.

Founded in 2002, this property is known for its excellent production of wines and olive oils in Alentejo. Surrounded by a fantastic panoramic landscape of vineyards and olive groves, Adega de Santa Vitória combines the best of tradition and modernity. Investing in sustainable practices and recent technologies for the production of its wines and olive oils.

In a very welcoming environment, you will have the possibility to explore its rich wine legacy, managed by the renowned winemaker. Stroll through its picturesque vineyards, from where the succulent grapes are harvested. Visit the winery, where the magnificent wine is produced. Listen to our guide explain all the wine production methods. From the harvest, the grape picking, the fermentation, and the bottling of the wines. Also visit the basement. Place where wines are aged in French oak barrels.

The highlight of this enriching visit will undoubtedly be the Santa Vitória premium tasting. Upon arrival at Vila Galé Collection Monte do Vilar, we will be warmly welcomed by the team of professionals. After the welcome, we will be taken to a room elegantly decorated. In the center, a properly set table invites us to sit and enjoy the stunning views of the peaceful Alentejo night.

As we enjoy the unique atmosphere of this place, the first dishes from a menu begin to be served. predefined. Prepared by the talented chef, this meal will include starters, main course and dessert. Savor the unique aromas of the region and live this wine and gastronomic experience to the fullest!
