To start the day in style, there's nothing better than enjoying a delicious Alentejo breakfast. This fantastic hotel offers an irresistible and varied selection of regional delicacies. From the tasty Alentejo bread, served warm. Local cheeses, succulent sausages, and of course, natural juice. Savor this unique tasting experience while enjoying the region’s sunny landscapes.

Visit to Santa Vitória Winery with Premium Wine Tasting and Regional Snacks

After a hearty breakfast, we headed to one of the highlights of this experience in Alentejo. Setting off through the peaceful scenery of the extensive property, we reach the prestigious Santa Vitória Winery.

Located on a property of approximately 1,620 hectares, this renowned winery was founded in 2002 and is a reference in the production of wines and olive oils in Alentejo. Let ’s explore its rich wine legacy, managed by talented winemakers.

We will begin this visit with a pleasant stroll through the picturesque vineyards. Where vineyards laden with grapes stretch to the horizon. The tour will continue to the winery, where we will be guided by an expert, who will take us through all the winemaking processes.

From the harvest, one of the main stages, in which the grapes are meticulously selected and picked by hand. Until fermentation, carried out in stainless steel tanks. Here, you can see how modern technology combined with local wisdom contribute to the creation of high quality wines.

The route will also take us to the property’s cellars. A place with a unique atmosphere, full of French oak barrels, where the wine ages gradually.

We will end this pleasant visit in the tasting room. Where, we will be surprised by a Premium Wine Tasting, accompanied by regional bread and olive oil. Revealing the dedication of all the work carried out at Vinícola Santa Vitória. It's time to toast tradition, innovation and the pleasure of enjoying excellent wines! After this unique moment, we will calmly return to the hotel.

Wine Dinner at the Hotel

To round off this spectacular day, the hotel team will prepare an exclusive wine dinner. Where you will have the opportunity to experience a memorable night and taste the best wines and delicacies of Alentejo.

This dinner will take place in an elegantly decorated room, with panoramic views of the Alentejo night. Surrounded by a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere, we will be invited to sit at a carefully set table.

While we enjoy the breathtaking views, the first dishes begin to be served. Starting with the starters, then the main course and finishing with the desserts, to sweeten the palate.

This will be a predefined menu, suggested by the renowned chef, which will combine the best of regional cuisine. Paired with three local wines and a delicious Port Wine. The combinations of all these elements will transform this dinner into an authentic masterpiece. Enjoy!

After dinner, we will return to the hotel, where we will spend the rest of the night.
